The infamous traffic department

Woke up early this morning thinking that i'm going finally going to have a 'great' day at the Traffic department. How wrong i was! Not only was i transferred from one traffic department to the next... Now get this... I was sent to the back of the line because i didn't have a copy of my ID! How crazy is that!

Swallowing my pride and wondering why i even raised my hopes, imagining exceptional service, that copy had barely any ink on it... And i pay R3 for it. AMAZING!
Now let's think about that... At CNA, you can get a rim of paper (500 sheets) for R46. That means you can make a profit of approx R1500 by just selling a rim of paper!I think i'm in the wrong profession all together.

You have to love this country...

My trip back to Europe in ONE word (Part 1/2) - Coronavirus

It was a normal working day on a hot and usually dusty afternoon in Yaounde when I got the call to come and collect my Visa for my upcoming trip to Italy. I was elated. It had been 17 years since I had last seen my foster aunts and cousins.
