RE: End of Year Function 2012

Hi bros and sisters   I think people will still travel on Saturday anyway to different destinations, so they can travel to Athlone Girls for our Christmas party. Personally, I think we should do the party on Saturday as original arranged and let Sunday be exclusively reserved for our praise and worship service.   Saturday we just party and have a good time!   Kind Regards   Henry Mnguni Sales Executive   Rivonia Toyota Office:        011 275 1699 Mobile:       082 325 5593 Fax2Email: 086 242 8226   C/O Rivonia Road            & Witkoppen Rivonia Crossing Sunninghill   From: Maswuma, Nelson T [mailto:nmaswuma@beckman.com] Sent: 18 October 2012 11:24 AM To: Paulin Kantue; Barnabas Chukweke; Bertha Chukweke; Henry Mnguni; Henry Mnguni; Henry Mnguni; fatamathebula@gmail.com...

Re: End of Year Function 2012

Dear All, Thank you for the great organization. Am wondering whether the region will be willing to have two consecutive evening Sunday Services. The 2nd will be Carols and the 9th, End of Year Function.  Suggested Program: 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm (20 min Singing; 10 min Announcements; 30 min Communion Message: 10 min Communion) 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm (Eating of Food - can also be regarded as Communion Supper) 7:00 pm- 8:00 pm Entertainment and Slide Show. Will this be an indoor or outside service? Is there a way in which the region can be consulted on this? Thank you once more for an awesome job. Love. End of Year Function 2012

Hi all, As you know, the Central Region is planning to have an End of Year Function. Bertha and I wanted to find out whether we should do it the Sunday rather as to prevent people from travelling to the venue twice (the function was planned for Saturday the 8th of December). Pls let me know what you think before Sunday as we would like to start making announcements. Love In Christ,

Central Region Christmas Party

Hi all, Please note that the Central Region will be having their Christmas Party on Saturday  the 8th of December (time to be confirmed) at Athlone girls high school. The details of the event will be announced at church. We would love to showcase the events (baptisms, weddings, baby showers, etc) that happened this year on a slide show but we'll need your photos to do that. Can you please reply to this email with your photos attached and the event name. Pls pass on this email to those not on this email list. Let's pray for a event great. Central Region

Faith Involves Taking Risks

Faith Involves Taking Risks : "Faithful is He who calls you, and He also will bring it to pass." (1 Thessalonians 5:24 NASB) As we follow Jesus, he will move us deeper into faith by asking us to take risks. But they are never the proverbial "leap of faith" into darkness; rather they are specific risks that Jesus tells us to take. He asks us to do this because each risk, taken in faith, shows us that Jesus will take care of us, just as he has promised. Each time we take a step of faith, it moves us further away from living by sight, independent from God, and closer to living a life of faith, where you truly believe you are secure in God's promises. "Faithful is He who calls you, and He also will bring it to pass" (1 Thessalonians 5:24 NASB). When we do not live by faith, we live faithlessly - because any decision made independent of God is a faithless decision , no matter how good or right it may appear. Jesus is simply guiding us to the same deep i...
